Uva\u0159\u00edme si spole\u010dn\u011b na replik\u00e1ch a vizu\u00e1ln\u00edch rekonstrukc\u00edch st\u0159edov\u011bk\u00e9ho n\u00e1dob\u00ed menu o n\u011bkolika chodech, na kter\u00e9m si tak\u00e9 v z\u00e1v\u011bru pochutn\u00e1te. Jeliko\u017e bude workshop prob\u00edhat p\u0159ed Velikonoci, p\u0159iprav\u00edme pokrmy, kter\u00e9 se s nimi tradi\u010dn\u011b pojily, tedy<strong> mazanec, jehn\u011b\u010d\u00ed, koblihy, pu\u010d\u00e1lku a r\u016fzn\u00e9 mazy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mezi va\u0159en\u00edm v\u00e1s tak\u00e9 sezn\u00e1m\u00edm s postupn\u00fdm v\u00fdvojem kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9ho a stoln\u00edho n\u00e1dob\u00ed od 12. do konce 15. stolet\u00ed. A tak\u00e9 vysv\u011btl\u00edm, jak\u00fd m\u011bla jeho evoluce d\u016fsledek v r\u00e1mci prom\u011bny recept\u016f a postup\u016f p\u0159\u00edpravy. Pov\u00edme si tak\u00e9 <strong>\u010d\u00edm se \u010desk\u00e1 kuchyn\u011b li\u0161ila<\/strong> nap\u0159\u00edklad od francouzsk\u00e9, italsk\u00e9, anglick\u00e9 a jak\u00fd byl rozd\u00edl ve strav\u011b chud\u00fdch a nobility.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed po\u010det \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f: 5 (Dal\u0161\u00ed budou p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b kontaktov\u00e1n\u00ed, jako n\u00e1hradn\u00edci.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00edsto kon\u00e1n\u00ed: archeoskanzen Curia Vitkov u Chrastavy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tento workshop je ur\u010den pro &#8222;civiln\u00ed&#8220; ve\u0159ejnost. Pokud to m\u00e1te p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 daleko. P\u0159espat m\u016f\u017eete ve vlastn\u00edm stanu, kter\u00fd nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt historick\u00fd. M\u00edsta k parkov\u00e1n\u00ed je v\u00edce ne\u017e dost. Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed vybaven\u00ed na m\u00edst\u011b tvo\u0159\u00ed such\u00e9 z\u00e1chody. Na workshop nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed, pouze doporu\u010duji oble\u010den\u00ed, je\u017e si m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci s ohn\u011bm a potravinami za\u0161pinit. Vzhledem k pom\u011brn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nadmo\u0159sk\u00e9 poloze <strong>doporu\u010duji vybavit se i teplej\u0161\u00edm oble\u010den\u00edm<\/strong>. V r\u00e1mci kurzu dostanete materi\u00e1ly obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u0161echny recepty, kter\u00e9 na workshopu spole\u010dn\u011b uva\u0159\u00edme. Po p\u0159edchoz\u00ed zku\u0161enosti doporu\u010duji p\u0159iv\u00e9zt krabi\u010dku na potraviny, ve kter\u00e9 si v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b z\u00e1jmu m\u016f\u017eete odv\u00e9zt uva\u0159en\u00e9 p\u0159ebytky. V cen\u011b je modern\u00ed pitn\u00fd re\u017eim (\u010daj, k\u00e1va, miner\u00e1ln\u00ed voda), ale p\u0159iprav\u00edme si i dobov\u00e9 n\u00e1poje. <strong>Kon\u010dit budeme dle n\u00e1lady a rychlosti pr\u00e1ce mezi 17-18 hodinou.<\/strong> Pokud byste potom byli p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 unaveni, m\u016f\u017eete op\u011bt p\u0159espat ve vlastn\u00edm stanu do ned\u011bln\u00edho r\u00e1na. Pokud m\u00e1te n\u011bjakou z\u00e1va\u017enou potravinovou alergii, nemohu zaru\u010dit, \u017ee budete moci v\u0161echny pokrmy konzumovat.
