Projekt Doba Karlova z. s., jeho\u017e jsem hrdou \u010dlenkou, zde prezentoval v\u00a0r\u00e1mci n\u011bkolika stanovi\u0161\u0165 duchovn\u00ed \u017eivot, vojenstv\u00ed, od\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a stravov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0jeho \u00e9\u0159e. Jeliko\u017e panovalo tropick\u00e9 vedro, rozhodla jsem se menu sestavit pouze z j\u00eddel, kter\u00e1 tolik nepodl\u00e9haj\u00ed vysok\u00fdm teplotn\u00edm v\u00fdkyv\u016fm a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se na m\u00edst\u011b nemusela oh\u0159\u00edvat, jeliko\u017e zde bylo rozd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ohn\u011b spr\u00e1vou Vy\u0161ehradu zapov\u011bzeno. Sna\u017eila jsem se tak\u00e9, aby obsahovala <strong>sez\u00f3nn\u00ed potraviny<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 v t\u00e9to dob\u011b z\u00e1sadn\u011b ovliv\u0148ovaly, jak\u00e9 pokrmy se na j\u00eddeln\u00ed tabuli objev\u00ed. Proto jsem tak\u00e9 ob\u011btovala \u010d\u00e1st \u00farody z m\u00e9 zahr\u00e1dky, kde p\u011bstuji star\u00e9 plodiny, abych mohla pokr\u00fdt jejich pot\u0159ebu v r\u00e1mci p\u0159\u00edpravy pokrm\u016f pro ochutn\u00e1vky.<\/p>\n<p>Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee jsem si poradila vskutku na jedni\u010dku s hv\u011bzdi\u010dkou a nejeden n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk byl p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b zasko\u010den b\u00e1je\u010dnou a osv\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed chut\u00ed <strong>vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9ho konkavelitu<\/strong>. Recept na n\u011bj naleznete v z\u00e1v\u011bru tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku. D\u00e1le mohli okusit je\u010dn\u00fd pern\u00edk vyroben\u00fd otiskem v replik\u00e1ch forem ze 14. stolet\u00ed na kter\u00fd naleznete recept ve \u010dl\u00e1nku <a href=\"https:\/\/culinahistorica.cz\/?p=483\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Pern\u00edk neboli peprn\u00edk<\/em><\/a>, ka\u0161i mandlovou a nakl\u00e1dan\u00fd z\u00e1zvor, na kter\u00fd naleznete recept v \u010dl\u00e1nku <em><a href=\"https:\/\/culinahistorica.cz\/?p=566\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nakl\u00e1dan\u00fd z\u00e1zvor<\/a><\/em>. Nejv\u00edce ale zaujal recept na <strong>sejr svatebn\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00fd se tak\u00e9 dostal do report\u00e1\u017ee televize NOVA, kter\u00e1 zde se mnou v jej\u00edm r\u00e1mci nato\u010dila n\u011bkolik z\u00e1b\u011br\u016f.
