Tentokr\u00e1t jsem si na pomoc pozvala novou kucha\u0159ku Leni\u010dku a prodlou\u017een\u00fd v\u00edkend jsme tak v podstat\u011b pojaly jako d\u00e1mskou j\u00edzdu. Akce se konala v p\u00e1tek, jeliko\u017e si na Slovensku v tento den p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00ed Slovensk\u00e9 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed povst\u00e1n\u00ed a je tedy dnem pracovn\u00edho klidu. To ale rozhodn\u011b neplatilo pro os\u00e1dku a n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky hradu. A\u010dkoliv se Beckov nach\u00e1z\u00ed na dohled \u010desk\u00fdch hranic, \u010dekala n\u00e1s ve \u010dtvrtek ve\u010der t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u0161estihodinov\u00e1 cesta. O to milej\u0161\u00edho se n\u00e1m dostalo p\u0159ijet\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky sout\u011b\u017ee, kte\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1s <strong>o p\u016flnoci<\/strong> na hrad\u011b p\u0159iv\u00edtali. R\u00e1no jsme lehce s obavami zjistila, \u017ee se n\u00e1m sice dostalo cti us\u00eddlit se s uk\u00e1zkami st\u0159edov\u011bk\u00e9 kuchyn\u011b v nejmalebn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti hradu, ale vede sem cesta po n\u011bkolika p\u0159\u00edkr\u00fdch schodi\u0161t\u00edch. M\u016fj projekt se ale \u00fa\u010dastnil jako <strong>nesout\u011b\u017en\u00ed<\/strong> a spolu s nab\u00eddkou ochutn\u00e1vek studen\u00fdch pokrm\u016f jsme prezentovaly pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed kuchyn\u011b, kter\u00e1 by v t\u00e9 dob\u011b va\u0159ila nejexkluzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed lah\u016fdky. V r\u00e1mci ochutn\u00e1vek tak n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci mohli okusit n\u00e1\u0161 tradi\u010dn\u00ed vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00fd konkavelit, ka\u0161i mandlovou studenou, syrnou ka\u0161i, kter\u00e1 se na svatb\u00e1ch d\u011bl\u00e1, nakl\u00e1dan\u00fd z\u00e1zvor a novinku <strong>kandovan\u00fd k\u0159en<\/strong>. Uk\u00e1zku jsem tak\u00e9 obohatila o nov\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed, kter\u00e9 mi \u0159emesln\u00edci vyrobili v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu l\u00e9ta. Nap\u0159\u00edklad me\u010dov\u00fd ro\u017ee\u0148, struhadlo, vidlici na maso, sadu d\u00fdhovan\u00fdch n\u00e1dob, keramick\u00fd zvon a nov\u00fd ob\u0159\u00ed kamenn\u00fd hmo\u017ed\u00ed\u0159. Otestovala jsem tak\u00e9 nov\u00e9 infotabule v\u011bnuj\u00edc\u00ed se tomu, co ve st\u0159edov\u011bku ovliv\u0148ovalo slo\u017een\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku a tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobu, jak\u00fdm se strojily bankety. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci uk\u00e1zek m\u011b tak\u00e9 velice pot\u011b\u0161ilo, \u017ee se n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci dokonce p\u0159ijeli pod\u00edvat i p\u0159\u00edmo na n\u00e1s a cht\u011bla bych jim touto formou je\u0161t\u011b jednou velice <strong>pod\u011bkovat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_818\" style=\"width: 318px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-818\" class=\"wp-image-818\" src=\"https:\/\/culinahistorica.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/541300189_1173283588160564_767570026809215394_n-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"308\" height=\"205\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-818\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Hodnocen\u00ed sout\u011b\u017en\u00edch pokrm\u016f dalo &#8222;zabrat&#8220;<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Ve t\u0159i hodiny potom prob\u011bhlo vyhodnocen\u00ed kucha\u0159sk\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee. Pokrmy hodnotili jednak div\u00e1ci, ale tak\u00e9 t\u0159\u00ed \u010dlenn\u00e1 porota, ve kter\u00e9 mi bylo <strong>velikou ct\u00ed<\/strong> zasednout. Spolu s Lovcom hrad\u016f a histori\u010dkou pan\u00ed doktorkou Danielou Dvo\u0159\u00e1kovou jsme posuzovali vzhled, adekv\u00e1tnost pou\u017eit\u00fdch surovin a chu\u0165 sout\u011b\u017en\u00edch ka\u0161\u00ed \u010dty\u0159 barev. A\u010dkoliv byly <strong>s\u00edly velice vyrovnan\u00e9<\/strong> a rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed komplikovan\u00e9, trochu jej bohu\u017eel usnadnilo, \u017ee se jedna z kuchyn\u00ed rozhodla ka\u0161i dozdobit lyofizovan\u00fdm ovocem, co\u017e je modern\u00ed zp\u016fsob konzervov\u00e1n\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed m\u00edsto si proto zaslou\u017een\u011b odnesl projekt <strong>Via Castrum<\/strong>. Festival se kon\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd rok, tak\u017ee pokud jste jej nestihli letos, m\u016f\u017eete to za rok napravit.<\/p>\n<p>Jeliko\u017e byl ale v\u00edkend je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed n\u00e1mi, rozhodly jsme se v\u00a0podve\u010der p\u0159ejet na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arub.cz\/festival-germania-subacta-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>festival Germania Subacta<\/strong><\/a> do Hradi\u0161\u0165ka u Mu\u0161ova. Zde se konal nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed festival antick\u00e9 \u0159\u00edmsk\u00e9 a germ\u00e1nsk\u00e9 kultury v \u010cech\u00e1ch, kde jsme n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed den state\u010dn\u011b korzovaly coby \u0158\u00edmanky.\u00a0 Na zp\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed cest\u011b jsme se je\u0161t\u011b v ned\u011bli v poledne stihly zastavit na Vlkovsku u Havl\u00ed\u010dkova Brodu, kde prob\u00edhala <strong>tavba skla st\u0159edov\u011bk\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem<\/strong>. Zde jsem m\u011bla mo\u017enost obohatit vybaven\u00ed kuchyn\u011b o dal\u0161\u00ed hrnce a poklice \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 kvality od <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/starehrnce\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Star\u00e9 hrnce\/Historical pottery<\/strong><\/a>.
