Na n\u011bkolika stanovi\u0161t\u00edch si n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci mohli \u017eivou formou p\u0159ipomenout v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 epochy, kter\u00e9 se nesmazateln\u011b zapsaly do historie m\u011bsta. My jsme byli s\u00a0Gastronomi\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9ho st\u0159edov\u011bku sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed <strong>husitsk\u00e9ho t\u00e1bora<\/strong>, kde jsme spolu s\u00a0\u010dleny spolku Civitas Pragensis a Vartenbersk\u00e9 korouhve ukazovali, jak vypadala gastronomie, od\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, zbroje a zbran\u011b v\u00a0dob\u00e1ch husitsk\u00fdch v\u00e1lek. Byli jsme um\u00edst\u011bni na skv\u011bl\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b <strong>s ohromn\u00fdm geniem loci<\/strong> v\u00a0\u017di\u017ekov\u00fdch sadech, kde na n\u00e1s z\u00a0pomn\u00edku bedliv\u011b shl\u00ed\u017eela socha samotn\u00e9ho Jana \u017di\u017eka.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_835\" style=\"width: 458px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-835\" class=\"wp-image-835 \" src=\"https:\/\/culinahistorica.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_0015-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"448\" height=\"298\" srcset=\"https:\/\/culinahistorica.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_0015-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/culinahistorica.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_0015-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/culinahistorica.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_0015-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/culinahistorica.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_0015-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/culinahistorica.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_0015.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 448px) 100vw, 448px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-835\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">P\u0159ekvapilo n\u00e1s, s jak\u00fdm nad\u0161en\u00edm si n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci \u010detli infopanely.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>V p\u00e1tek dopoledne byl program ur\u010den\u00fd <strong>\u0161kol\u00e1m<\/strong>, ale kv\u016fli tomu, \u017ee vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed instituce o t\u00e9to mo\u017enosti nebyly informov\u00e1ny, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 nedorazila, co\u017e byla velik\u00e1 \u0161koda. Na druhou stranu jsme i tak o n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky nem\u011bli nouzi, a i kdy\u017e byl program ofici\u00e1ln\u011b od 10\u201314 hodin, prezentovali jsme jim o st\u0159edov\u011bk\u00e9m stravov\u00e1n\u00ed <strong>a\u017e od setm\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>. V\u00a0sobotu r\u00e1no n\u00e1s p\u0159i instalaci vybaven\u00ed zasko\u010dil \u0161t\u00e1b <strong>\u010cesk\u00e9 televize<\/strong>, jen\u017e n\u00e1s po\u017e\u00e1dal, zda bychom byli schopni za dvacet minut t\u00e1bor zprovoznit, aby z\u00a0n\u011bj mohla b\u00fdt odvys\u00edl\u00e1m vstup z\u00a0report\u00e1\u017ee. P\u0159izn\u00e1m se, \u017ee jsem p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nev\u011b\u0159ila, \u017ee se n\u00e1m to v\u00a0tak kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m \u010dase poda\u0159\u00ed, ale d\u00edky ob\u0159\u00edmu nasazen\u00ed v\u0161ech z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch, se t\u00e1bor jako m\u00e1vnut\u00edm kouzeln\u00e9ho proutku poda\u0159ilo zprovoznit v\u010das. <strong>Report\u00e1\u017e <\/strong>si m\u016f\u017eete prohl\u00e9dnout <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceskatelevize.cz\/porady\/10441287766-studio-6-vikend\/225411010120906\/?fbclid=IwY2xjawM1HUhleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHmHY3wk2CV3lgEm5gTVjCyNNQYKEq3gKloWv-TKuZePlea8gvadGga-EJmem_aem_Evw9LzjFONGpS6dfqFV_jQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zde<\/a>. Jednalo se zat\u00edm o <strong>nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed prezentaci<\/strong> tohoto projektu, kde jsme krom\u011b ji\u017e zmi\u0148ovan\u00fdch ochutn\u00e1vek n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky seznamovali s\u00a0vybaven\u00edm kuchyn\u011b, stolov\u00e1n\u00edm a pozapomenut\u00fdmi potravinami, na kter\u00fdch si na\u0161i p\u0159edci s\u00a0oblibou pochutn\u00e1vali. Na v\u00edc jsme otestovali i novou formu <strong>nadzemn\u00edho ohni\u0161t\u011b<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 m\u011bla vizu\u00e1ln\u011b co nejv\u00edce p\u0159ipom\u00ednat topeni\u0161t\u011b. Jeliko\u017e nadzemn\u00ed venkovn\u00ed ohni\u0161t\u011b nejsou v\u00a0t\u00e9to dob\u011b dolo\u017eeny, museli jsme takto s\u00e1hnout ke kompromisu s\u00a0po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00edmi bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edmi po\u017eadavky. Na ohni jsme potom p\u0159ipravovali j\u00eddlo pro \u00fa\u010dinkuj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00a0na\u0161eho t\u00e1bora a m\u011bli mo\u017enost otestovat <strong>nov\u00fd me\u010dov\u00fd ro\u017ee\u0148<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0r\u00e1mci ochutn\u00e1vek jsme nab\u00edzeli ji\u017e v\u00a0podstat\u011b klasick\u00e9 \u201emenu\u201c: vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00fd konkavelit, syrnou ka\u0161i, kter\u00e1 se na svatb\u00e1ch d\u011bl\u00e1, nakl\u00e1dan\u00fd z\u00e1zvor a kdoulov\u00fd maz. Z\u00e1jem n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f byl obrovsk\u00fd, a tak jsme v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu sobotn\u00edho dne rozdali n\u011bco okolo <strong>500. \u2013 600. ochutn\u00e1vkov\u00fdch porc\u00ed<\/strong> od v\u0161ech pokrm\u016f. A\u010dkoliv n\u00e1s z\u00a0p\u00e1tku na sobotu v\u00a0noci p\u0159epadl vydatn\u00fd a vytrval\u00fd d\u00e9\u0161\u0165, v\u00a0sobotu bylo sp\u00ed\u0161 slune\u010dno a pod mohutn\u00fdmi rozlo\u017eit\u00fdmi korunami strom\u016f n\u00e1m v\u00a0parku bylo ve st\u00ednu p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b.
