Konal se v unik\u00e1tn\u00edm rom\u00e1nsk\u00e9m <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrad-landstejn.cz\/cs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">St\u00e1tn\u00edm hrad\u011b Land\u0161tejn\u011b<\/a>. Jeliko\u017e se v r\u00e1mci sdru\u017een\u00ed Curia Vitkov v\u011bnujeme obdob\u00ed 12. stolet\u00ed a po\u010d\u00e1tku 13. stolet\u00ed, nebylo v okam\u017eiku, kdy jsem byla pozv\u00e1na, abych na akci jela v roli kucha\u0159ky dru\u017einy nyn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho p\u00e1na z Hradce, co \u0159e\u0161it. Pomyslnou t\u0159e\u0161inkou na dortu potom pro m\u011b bylo, \u017ee jsem mohla va\u0159it ve <strong>\u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9m n\u00e1dob\u00ed<\/strong>, jen\u017e vytvo\u0159il Pavel Macek v\u00a0archeoskanzenu pod D\u00edv\u010d\u00edm Kamenem. (V\u00edce se o archeoskanzenu dozv\u00edte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=100064382994054&amp;locale=cs_CZ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ZDE<\/a>.) To mi tak\u00e9 za v\u00edkendovou d\u0159inu v kuchyni velkoryse <strong>ponechal<\/strong> a u\u017e se velice t\u011b\u0161\u00edm, a\u017e si v\u00a0n\u011bm budu moci v\u00a0archeoskanzenu Curia Vitkov op\u011bt n\u011bco lahodn\u00e9ho uva\u0159it.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-857 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/culinahistorica.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/20250927_112146-1-scaled-e1762095095743-300x204.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"402\" height=\"274\" srcset=\"https:\/\/culinahistorica.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/20250927_112146-1-scaled-e1762095095743-300x204.jpg 300w, https:\/\/culinahistorica.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/20250927_112146-1-scaled-e1762095095743-1024x695.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/culinahistorica.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/20250927_112146-1-scaled-e1762095095743-768x521.jpg 768w, https:\/\/culinahistorica.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/20250927_112146-1-scaled-e1762095095743-1536x1043.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/culinahistorica.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/20250927_112146-1-scaled-e1762095095743.jpg 1728w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 402px) 100vw, 402px\" \/>N\u00e1dob\u00ed je zcela unik\u00e1tn\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee je vyrobeno <strong>autentick\u00fdmi<\/strong> technologick\u00fdmi postupy od zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed hl\u00edny, p\u0159es modelov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1dob dle sou\u010dasn\u00fdch poznatk\u016f o jejich tvarech ve sledovan\u00e9m obdob\u00ed, a\u017e po v\u00fdpal. Oproti soudob\u00fdm tvarov\u00fdm n\u00e1podob\u00e1m st\u0159edov\u011bk\u00e9 keramiky se li\u0161\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee m\u00e1 <strong>vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nas\u00e1kavost<\/strong> st\u0159epu. V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pokud do n\u00e1doby nalijete vodu, tak po chv\u00edli hladina poklesne, proto\u017ee ji n\u00e1doba absorbuje do st\u011bn. Stejn\u00fdm principem ale absorbuje i \u010d\u00e1st p\u0159ipravovan\u00e9ho pokrmu a s nimi i jeho chu\u0165 a od\u00e9r. Proto mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dal\u0161\u00ed pokrmy va\u0159en\u00e9 v t\u00e9to konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed n\u00e1dob\u011b alespo\u0148 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>stejn\u00e9ho slo\u017een\u00ed<\/strong>. V opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b by to negativn\u011b ovlivnilo chu\u0165 pokrmu. Specifick\u00e1 je potom tak\u00e9 <strong>manipulace<\/strong> s t\u00edmto typem n\u00e1dob, proto\u017ee mus\u00ed b\u00fdt postupn\u011b nah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1ny, ne\u017e jsou p\u0159istaveny k plamen\u016fm, a naopak postupn\u011b chladnout. Na t\u00e9to akci mi tak\u00e9 poprv\u00e9 ofici\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159i va\u0159en\u00ed asistovala moje \u010dty\u0159let\u00e1 dcerka a dok\u00e1zala, \u017ee bude do budoucna mou <strong>velkou<\/strong> pracovn\u00ed oporou. Jak jsem ji\u017e zm\u00ednila, va\u0159en\u00ed v\u00a0hrnc\u00edch od Pavla Mack\u016f bylo pro m\u011b v\u00fdzvou a n\u00e1le\u017eit\u011b jsem si to tak\u00e9 u\u017eila. Jeho dru\u017ein\u011b jsem k \u201eob\u011bdu\u201c p\u0159ipravila: srn\u010d\u00ed pe\u010deni, lososovou pa\u0161tiku, p\u00f3rkov\u00fd bruet, prosnou ka\u0161i a ka\u0161i sejrovou. Ve\u010der si potom pochutnali na rozebieran\u00e9 slepici, kdoulov\u00e9m mazu, ka\u0161i z\u00a0bobu a op\u011bt lososov\u00e9 pa\u0161tice. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci odjezdov\u00e9 ned\u011ble jsme si dali k\u00a0ob\u011bdu kan\u010d\u00ed pe\u010deni, \u0161vestkov\u00fd konkavelit a to, co jsme nezvl\u00e1dli doj\u00edst v pr\u016fb\u011bhu soboty.<\/p>\n<p>V r\u00e1mci programu se realizoval p\u011b\u0161\u00ed turnaj t\u011b\u017ekood\u011bnc\u016f, st\u0159edn\u011b t\u011b\u017ece od\u011bn\u00fdch bojovn\u00edk\u016f, lukost\u0159eleck\u00e9 kl\u00e1n\u00ed a sout\u011b\u017e v <strong>rozd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ohn\u011b<\/strong> na \u010das. P\u0159i sobotn\u00ed ve\u010de\u0159i potom prob\u011bhl b\u00e1snick\u00fdch p\u0159ednes. V ned\u011bli dopoledne jsme m\u011bli tak\u00e9 pot\u011b\u0161en\u00ed absolvovat speci\u00e1ln\u00ed prohl\u00eddku unik\u00e1tn\u00ed rom\u00e1nsk\u00e9 hradn\u00ed kaple a o n\u011bco star\u0161\u00edho rom\u00e1nsk\u00e9ho kostel\u00edku <strong>sv. Jana K\u0159titele<\/strong>. Bohu\u017eel jsme z\u00a0\u010dasov\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f nestihli realizovat ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0Pavlem Mack\u016f workshop va\u0159en\u00ed v\u00a0keramick\u00e9m n\u00e1dob\u00ed na ohni. Jist\u011b to ale vyjde p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b! Na konec stoj\u00ed za zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed m\u016fj nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1\u017eitek, kdy jsem v\u00a0r\u00e1mci manipulace s\u00a0hrnci v\u00a0ohni\u0161ti klac\u00edkem vyryla kovov\u00fd patrn\u011b st\u0159edov\u011bk\u00fd <strong>\u017eetonek<\/strong> velikosti drobn\u00e9ho pen\u00edzku, je\u017e jsem samoz\u0159ejm\u011b neprodlen\u011b odevzdala pan\u00ed kastel\u00e1nce.
